1. What products do you offer?

I offer handmade magnetic watercolor palettes, made with extra-fine pigments, as well as creative workshops to learn different artistic techniques.

2. Are all materials included in the workshops?

Yes, all the necessary materials are provided and vary depending on the theme of the workshop. Whether it is for a watercolor or drawing session, I provide everything you need to explore your creativity.

3. Can I participate in a workshop if I am a beginner?

Of course! My workshops are suitable for all levels, whether you are a beginner or want to improve your skills.

4. Can I offer a workshop as a gift?

Absolutely! I offer gift cards available in three amounts: $50, $100 and $150 (+ taxes). It's the perfect gift for those who want to get started or improve their watercolor skills.

5. How to order your products?

You can order directly through my online store. Select your favorite products and follow the payment steps.

6. Do you offer international shipping?

At the moment, shipments are mainly made within Quebec. If you live elsewhere, contact me directly to discuss shipping options.

7. How long does it take to receive my order?

Orders are generally processed within 3 to 5 business days. Delivery times then depend on the chosen carrier.

8. Where do the workshops take place?

The workshops usually take place at Café Des Habitudes , located in Montreal. It is a warm and inspiring place, perfect for immersing yourself in creation. Then during the summer, we visit several parks in Montreal.

9. Can I cancel or change an order? Is my workshop place refundable?

Orders can be changed or cancelled as long as they have not yet been shipped. Contact me promptly if you need assistance.

Workshops are non-refundable, but you can find someone to replace you if necessary.
