Delivery policy

Order processing may vary depending on the item. In general, a product is shipped within a maximum of 7 days, except for customised orders that require more time to produce and/or waiting for raw materials.

Delivery times and any delays are dependent on the carrier and are beyond our control.

Any customs and import taxes are the responsibility of the purchaser. We are not responsible for delays or additional costs caused by customs formalities.

About taxes

All Atelier by Lau products and workshops are subject to GST (5%) and QST (9.975%), in accordance with the legislation in force in Quebec, where they are created and produced.

Even if your billing address is outside Canada, taxes apply since my handmade palettes, buckets and workshops are created here in Quebec 🍁.
